| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. | Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. However some items may not be in stock at the time of purchase and/or there may be postal issues. If items are sent to you by royal mail they will alway be sent recorded or special delivery. This way oak can track your until you (the customer) acually sign for your goods. This protects Oak and our customers from fraudulant activity and ensures trouble free delivery. Larger or bulk items may be sent by courier. If you cannot check your items before the delivery driver leaves please sign the goods as "Unchecked or Damaged". If you do not Oak will be not liable for any damage caused in transit.
